Return Requirements
- Our return policy is 20 days for non-defective items, 5 days for defective items, and 3 days for claims on shortages or missing items.
- Returns can be made to Mixed by Design Retail location during business hours, or directly mailed back to Loloi.
- rugs must be rerolled on tube, and packaged back in a plastic rug sleeve as originally packaged
The following items are ineligible for return:
- Loloi does not accept returns for pillows, throws, poufs, wall art or 18" x 18" rug samples. They also do not accept returns for items consumers have purchased from a retail partners.
Restocking Fees (Retail & Trade Customers)
There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns of non-defective products. Trade buyer must pay for shipping costs.
Defective Merchandise
If you encounter a defect in your product, please reach out to RJI via Email (dc@rjohnstoninteriors.com) ASAP. Damages must be reported within 5 days. Please always unroll and check rugs immediately even if not being installed. If you are shipping to a third party receiver, it is your responsibility as the designer to confirm that no damages have been reported.
